By accessing CherrySinclair.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.

The Site is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older, in jurisdictions where such content is legal. Entry constitutes your confirmation that you meet these requirements.
3. Nature of services
All experiences offered are conversational — telephone and text roleplay between consenting adults. No in-person meetings, services of a physical nature, or illegal activities are offered, implied, or arranged through the Site.
4. Bookings & payment
Sessions are booked by private arrangement. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refunds are agreed at the time of booking. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in termination of access.
5. Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and respect. Threats, harassment, attempts to solicit unlawful conduct, or violations of stated boundaries will end the conversation and may result in a permanent refusal of service.
6. Intellectual property
All text, imagery, and branding on the Site are the property of Cherry Sinclair and may not be copied, republished, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site and services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherry Sinclair disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.
